In-building solutions (IBS) installed to improve mobile coverage in large buildings such as shopping malls, office towers and hospitals involve many stakeholders across steps such as request collection, site survey, planning, installation and commissioning. Tracking these steps through different channels makes it difficult to monitor request status and coordinate the process.
How was it solved?
