TÜBİTAK BİLGEM: web-based inventory and material request management for warehouses, project groups and subcontractors

What was the problem?

Within TÜBİTAK BİLGEM, warehouses, project groups and subcontractors tracked material needs and stock movements through different channels. With multiple stakeholders working on the same inventory, it was hard to see in real time which materials were where and in what quantity, and to manage requests consistently.

How was it solved?

Magno Bilişim built a web-based interface through which warehouses, project groups and subcontractors can carry out inventory tracking and material requests. Different stakeholders can now view stock status and create material requests in the same system, bringing request and inventory information into a single source.

Thanks to the web-based architecture, all users, including subcontractors, could access the system from a browser without any installation.
